How to order your solid wood flooring

How to choose between our flooring options?
The first thing to decide is which wood flooring is right for your type of property and interior style. We have product details on the website as well as our ‘Be Inspired’ client testimonials to give you real life examples of how our flooring works in a variety of homes and interiors.

Each wood has it’s own individual grain and character. Do contact us if you require samples to be posted out to you or if you are local you may like to visit us at our Sawmill and Showroom.

We are of course very happy to offer our advice and have knowledge about the vast array of wood finishes to help achieve your desired look.

How to choose your profile?
We have a section here in our resource centre to help you choose between the benefits of each profile.

Creating a quotation
Please order your Coppice & Crown flooring, cladding and any additional accessories via email and we will confirm receipt with a formal quotation.

Our quotation calculators on our website are a great starting point to get an initial feel of our pricing. Our delivery cost is the only variable fee we calculate on top of our website pricing. Please see here for further delivery information to consider ahead of booking.

We base our quotations on mixed width boards as standard, however you may like to discuss pricing for set widths. There is a little more information here if you would like to explore your options.

We always recommend to calculate an additional 10-12.5% wastage factor when measuring your floor areas to make sure you’re fully covered for your space, as you don’t want to be left too tight when laying.

Lead times
Our lead times for our beautifully crafted vary depending on the time of year, but we usually specify 7 weeks from your order confirmation date. We have an impeccable reputation for completing orders on time and offering our customers flexibility on their delivery date wherever possible. Please give us a call if you need to order wood flooring with a short lead time, and we’ll see what we can do.

Confirming your booking
When you’ve decided to book your crafted wood flooring we will raise a 25% deposit invoice to secure our services and pencil in an anticipated date for delivery.

Delays to your project
We give our customers complete flexibility over when their flooring arrives. Provided you have paid your deposit and confirmed your order, we’re happy to hold it for a few months or as long as you need. We’d much rather your flooring arrives when you and your project are ready for it.
