We Deliver When You're Ready
Once your flooring has been manufactured and is ready for dispatch, we’ll store it safely in our warehouse until your project is genuinely ready to receive it. There’s no pressure to take delivery before it’s convenient.
Rather than filling valuable space on site or risking unnecessary handling, your flooring remains in ideal storage conditions until you need it. Our storage facility means the boards are held at around 10% moisture content. As long as your property is dry and water tight with all wet works complete, such as plastering and new screeds, you can fit the boards straight away without the need to acclimatise.
Avoid Unnecessary On-Site Storage
Construction sites are busy environments, and storing flooring too early can create unnecessary challenges. Materials can be moved multiple times, become exposed to dust, moisture, or accidental damage, and take up valuable working space.
By allowing us to hold your order, you can keep your site organised while knowing your flooring is being stored in the correct conditions, ready for installation when the time is right.
Flexible Flooring Deliveries as We Know Plans Change
Anyone involved in construction knows that programmes are rarely fixed. Delays with other trades, changes to installation dates, or unexpected site issues are all part of the process.
If you’ve booked a delivery and your schedule changes, simply let us know. Planned deliveries can be postponed or cancelled with as little as 48 hours’ notice, giving you the flexibility to adapt without unnecessary stress.
